- After 24 Hours: Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
- Processing Time: The 24-hour cancellation period starts once the order is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Refund Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer refunds based on the following conditions:
- Defective Items: Eligible for a refund if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during shipping, notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund after processing your return.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times may vary based on your payment provider).

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure: The return can be made within 3 days after order is delivered.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Packaging Requirement: Returns must include the original packaging. Items with damaged or missing packaging may not qualify.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that if you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. The refund will be for the product amount minus the shipping cost.
- Misuse or Damage: Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
